“You shouldn´t play with food“, adults often say. But why not? What if you eat your food well behaved after having played with it?
That’s what this program is all about: the playful approach to food, colors, textures and, above all, unknown food that you may have missed so far (who likes kohlrabi?).
The Kyaraben technique, which is Japanese and means edible ornamental sushi, will helps us. (Take a look at google, you’ll be amazed about the beautiful results!)
But not only do we make beautiful herbal sushis, which increase the likes on instagram, but each one may also produce his or her own “bento box”, in which you can store your school break bread in the future (of course only vegetable Kyarabens!). In addition, we learn together about healthy nutrition, how and where it is produced and participate in a “taste school”. Doesn´t sound bad, does it? We look forward to seeing you!
Please bring empty washed out tetra packs, yogurt cups or margarine bowls.
